The Panenka A4 Thermal Screen Maker is the newest type of machine available and allows for imaging 70 and 100 mesh thermal screens up to 8.5" wide. A replaceable lamp in the machine enables the heat sensitive thermal screens to image from carbon based artwork.

Note that the lamp, which enables the imaging of the heat sensitive thermal screen, is fragile. Children should only use the machine with adult supervision.

For best results when imaging your screens, always use the included Panenka carrier. Heavier papers, such as 32-lb. glossy laser paper, produce better screen exposures.

Before you purchase:

Make sure you have access to a black and white laser printer or copier that fuses carbon properly, which is required for imaging. If you arent sure if you have this type of laser printer or copier, mail your black and white image to us for testing. Examples of printers that work are: HP LaserJet P1005, HP LaserJet P1006, HP LaserJet P1505n, HP LaserJet P2035n, HP LaserJet P2050 and Lexmark E260dn. We strongly suggest that you order one of these printers, as most printers and copiers will have moderate to poor results. We will not be able to replace a machine based on poor image quality from using the wrong type of printer or copier.
